User-to-User Deals:

For transactions conducted directly between users without any involvement or facilitation by Jochaye, our platform does not provide refunds or returns. Users are responsible for negotiating and finalizing terms, as well as addressing any issues or disputes that may arise from the transaction. Jochaye does not intervene or mediate in user-to-user deals regarding refunds or returns.

Jochaye-Facilitated Deals:
When both the seller and the buyer agree to a transaction facilitated by Jochaye, the following conditions apply to returns and refunds:

  • Once both parties have confirmed their agreement and the transaction is completed, Jochaye will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to the item.

Promotion Packages Refund Policy:
Depending on the selected promotion package, specific refund policies may apply as outlined below:

  • Top Listing for 15 days: Refunds may be applicable if the top listing service is not provided as described or if technical issues prevent the service from functioning correctly.
  • Top and Featured Listing for 7 days: Refunds may be available if the top and featured listing services are not provided as described or if technical issues prevent the services from functioning correctly.
  • Bump up for 5 days: Refunds may be considered if the bump-up service fails to function as intended or if technical issues prevent the service from working correctly.
  • Top & Featured Listing for 15 days: Refunds may be applicable if the top and featured listing services are not provided as described or if technical issues prevent the services from functioning correctly.

Refund Request Process:
Customers requesting a refund for a promotion package must adhere to the following process:

  1. Contact Jochaye’s customer support team at contact@jochaye.com within 24 Hours of the issue arising.
  2. Provide valid reasons for the refund request, including any relevant documentation or evidence.
  3. Refunds will only be issued if the service was not provided as advertised or if technical issues occurred that were beyond the customer’s control.

Refund Evaluation and Issuance:

  • Refunds for promotion packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Jochaye’s discretion.
